No. Your clients open the gallery via a secure link, no account, no app, right in the browser and in their language.

Every link is a random, practically unguessable address. On top of that, you can set a password per link, choose an expiry date and deactivate links at any time.

Yes. Simply create several links for the same gallery. Each link keeps its own feedback state (e.g. “couple” and “parents”), and you evaluate them separately.

Collaboration is the work mode for proofing with all feedback tools. Presentation is the stage mode for the handover: large, calm, with your branding, showing only your final selection if you like.

Yes. The gallery overview shows the last access per link, and the download statistics list who downloaded what at which resolution.

You define per link how many images the package includes, and optionally a price note for extra images. The gallery counts along visibly; selecting always remains possible, the surplus is simply made visible.

Store your release text in the gallery settings and require confirmation on the link. Guests confirm by name before they see the images; every confirmation is documented with wording, name and timestamp and is printable as proof.

Yes. Upload the new version straight onto the existing image: all feedback is preserved, the old version remains as the before view, and everyone compares with the slider.

Always in advance: monthly plans at the start of the month, annual plans once a year. Nothing is charged during the free trial, and if you do not pick a paid plan afterwards you simply end up on Free.

Only your uploaded originals. The previews and web versions we compute from them cost you no storage.

New uploads are refused, everything already there stays available, and your clients notice nothing. You clean up or switch plans, and it continues right away.

Moving up takes effect immediately; the remainder of your paid period is credited. Moving down is scheduled for the end of the paid period, and until then you keep everything you paid for.

Your personal referral link lives in your account. If someone signs up through it and becomes a paying customer, you both get a free month.

The referred person gets theirs right away with the first paid invoice. Yours follows once they have paid three monthly invoices or take an annual plan straight away, in each case after the 14-day withdrawal period.

No. As long as the referred person stays a paying customer, your free month comes round every year.

Your free month does not expire. It is banked and redeemed as soon as you are on a paid plan again.

On GDPR-compliant infrastructure located in Germany and the EU. Nothing is publicly searchable.

Only people with a valid link (and the password, if set) can open your gallery. Originals and downloads are released by our server only after checking every single request. Preview images are delivered by a fast CDN under long random addresses that cannot be guessed and never appear in public.

The gallery closes immediately: the page no longer opens, and originals and downloads are blocked. Only preview images that were already delivered may remain reachable under their direct CDN address for as long as the file exists. They disappear for good as soon as you delete the image or the gallery.

No. Your images don't train any models, aren't analysed and aren't passed on to third parties.

You can delete galleries yourself at any time. The associated files are removed with them, including the copies in the CDN cache. If you delete your account, your content is deleted completely.
