For school and nursery photographers

One class, one password, not one image too many.

Separate links per class or group, orders straight from the gallery and access that ends by itself on the cut-off date.

For school and nursery photographers

Photos of children demand stricter rules than any other genre.

Between the school, the parents' council and the data protection officer, the first question is never how beautiful the photos turned out, but who can see them. Your galleries cannot be found publicly and are reachable only through your link, which you additionally protect with a password and an expiry date. The images sit on servers in Germany and the EU, and we do not analyse them with AI.

You create a separate link per class or group. The parents of class 3B see class 3B and nothing else. On the cut-off date the access expires by itself, without you having to think about it.

Parents order where they look at the photos.

The paper order form comes back crumpled or not at all. In the gallery the order button sits right on the image: you set up your price list, we handle printing, shipping, payment and invoicing, and your share lands in your credit balance. Parents need no account for it, just the link and the password.

For you, the overview stays visible: who has picked, what was ordered, how often each link was opened. And if a family does not want their child shown, you take those images out of the gallery without touching the rest.

From your everyday work

You know the problem. The answer is built in.

The school asks about data protection first

Not publicly findable, reachable only by link, plus a password and an expiry date. Servers in Germany and the EU, no AI analysis, no account for the parents.

Every class needs its own access

One gallery per class or group, with its own link and its own password. What belongs to class 3B is seen only by the parents of class 3B.

Paper order forms get lost

With a price list in place, the order button sits right in the gallery. We handle printing, shipping, payment and invoicing, and your share is credited to you.

Nothing should be reachable after the school year

Set the expiry date right when you create the link. On the cut-off date the link is dead, without you having to think about it.

One child must not be shown

You remove individual images from the gallery and the rest stays untouched. Anyone with the link now sees only what you have released.

Try it on real images

The demo gallery is your private playground: label, comment, draw, select, no sign-up needed. And in the presentation demo you switch cover, grid and font yourself.

Everything shown here is already included in the small plans; start for free with a 14-day trial.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

All answers in the help centre →

Do parents have to create an account? +

No. They open the link, enter the password and see the photos. All the display needs is a technical cookie, no sign-in.

Can I separate group and individual photos? +

Yes. Create separate galleries with their own links for that, or deliver the group photos through a second link with different rules.

How secure is the access really? +

The link cannot be guessed and is listed nowhere, and on top of that come the password and the expiry date. Every download is logged.

The next gallery practically delivers itself.
