For fashion & editorial photographers

Agency, client, magazine. Each with their own view.

Separate links with their own download rules, retouching versions with before/after, and an approval stamp that genuinely documents a sign-off.

For fashion & editorial photographers

Editorial means many people involved and one set of material.

A production involves the agency, the client, the magazine, plus styling and the model agency. Everyone needs access, nobody needs the same rights. With separate links to the same gallery you give the agency originals with an expiry date, the client web resolution with a watermark and the magazine a view-only link. Revoking access then affects exactly that one link, not your whole gallery.

Because ratings, colours and picks stay separate per link, opinions never blur into each other. The overview shows you who marked what, and you export the round as CSV if the production needs it for their files.

Retouching rounds without file name ping-pong.

You upload new versions onto the same image instead of next to it. Comments and marks stay attached to the image, the previous version is kept as the before view, and everyone compares with a slider right in the browser. That ends the era of file names containing the word „final“ three times.

Notes are drawn directly on the image, in a separate layer per person, with the comment next to it. And when a shot is approved, the approval stamp records who approved it and when. That is the difference between a quick „looks fine“ in a chat and a documented sign-off.

From your everyday work

You know the problem. The answer is built in.

Agency, client and magazine in parallel

Every stakeholder gets their own link with their own rules: the agency gets originals with an expiry date, the client web resolution with a watermark. Nothing gets mixed up, everything stays trackable.

Retouching rounds: which version is current?

Simply upload the new version onto the same image. All feedback stays attached, the old version remains as the before view, and everyone compares with the slider right in the image.

“On the chin, left” in prose

Notes are drawn straight onto the image, in layers per person, with comments alongside. No more room for interpretation.

“Approved” has to hold up

The approval stamp records who approved an image and when, by name. Visible in your breakdown and exportable to CSV.

High-res to the editorial team

Original download via link instead of dying transfer links: with expiry date, password and a download log as proof.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

All answers in the help centre →

Can the agency see what the client has labelled? +

Only if you want it: likes and comments are visible gallery-wide, ratings, colours and picks stay separate per link. Only you see the overall breakdown.

How do I deliver the final series? +

As a presentation link with the cover and layout of your choice, filtered to the approved images, with download in full resolution or as the original.

Does the EXIF stay in the files? +

Yes. We deliver originals bit for bit, including all metadata. The EXIF panel even shows the capture data right in the gallery.

The next gallery practically delivers itself.
