For business and headshot photographers

One appointment, thirty people, thirty separate selections.

Every person picks their own image, marketing keeps the overview, and the licence period sits where the files sit.

For business and headshot photographers

Corporate shoots rarely fail because of the technology, they fail because of the coordination.

After a headshot day with thirty employees you do not want to build thirty transfer links and collect replies from thirty email threads. Create one gallery instead and share a separate link with a password per person. Everyone sees their own images and marks their favourite, and you see in one overview who has decided and who is still missing.

Marketing gets its own link to the same gallery and makes the selection for the website and the press. Both views stay separate, you have both side by side and never have to collate anything by hand.

Usage rights are a question of delivery, not just of a contract appendix.

If the licence runs for two years, the download link can live exactly that long. On the link you set the expiry date, password, resolution and download rule, and the download log records when which file was fetched. When the contract ends or the agency changes, you switch the link off instead of writing an awkward email.

For signing off the final selection there is the approval stamp: by name, with a timestamp, exportable as CSV. That proves the approval happened, even if two years later nobody who was there still works at the company.

From your everyday work

You know the problem. The answer is built in.

Thirty people, thirty email threads

A separate password-protected link per person to the same gallery. Every selection stays separate, and your overview shows at a glance who has decided and who is still missing.

Marketing has a say but should not see everything

The marketing link shows only the images you intended for it, with its own download rules. Whatever is meant for the employees stays in their links.

The licence ends, the files keep circulating

The link gets an expiry date, and every retrieval is in the download log. Once it expires, that is that, without you having to remind anyone.

Who actually approved that?

The approval stamp documents the name and time of every approval, visible in your overview and exportable as CSV for the project files.

Nothing foreign should stand between the company and the images

The gallery carries your logo and your accent colour, no other advertising. Depending on the plan, the handover runs under your subdomain or your own domain.

Try it on real images

The demo gallery is your private playground: label, comment, draw, select, no sign-up needed. And in the presentation demo you switch cover, grid and font yourself.

Everything shown here is already included in the small plans; start for free with a 14-day trial.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

All answers in the help centre →

Can several people from my studio look after the same gallery? +

Yes. Team invitations bring colleagues into your account, and they then work in the same context on the same galleries.

Do I get to see who has not picked their image yet? +

Yes. The overview shows per link whether and what was picked. With a deadline on the link we also send an automatic email reminder.

Can I put videos from the shoot into the same gallery? +

Yes. Videos sit next to the photos in the same gallery and can be shared, commented on and downloaded in exactly the same way.

The next gallery practically delivers itself.
