Does the free trial end automatically? +
Yes. After 14 days you automatically switch to the Free plan. No cancellation needed, no credit card on file.
How can I pay? +
Online via Stripe (credit and debit cards, among others) or the classic way by bank transfer against invoice (euros only).
Are the prices net or gross? +
All prices are net prices plus VAT. VAT is calculated and itemised automatically at checkout to match your country.
Can I switch plans later? +
Yes, at any time in your account under “Plan & billing”, both up and down.
What happens when my storage is full? +
Everything already there stays online and accessible; only new uploads need free space again. You can delete old galleries or move up to the next plan.
What do I get with annual billing? +
You pay 10 instead of 12 monthly fees, two months free, with the identical feature set.
