For product and e-commerce photographers

Two hundred products, three contacts, one sign-off.

Notes right on the product, retouching versions with before/after and a sign-off that is documented. Instead of feedback spread over eight emails.

For product and e-commerce photographers

Product images are not admired, they are signed off.

A shoot for a shop is not about taste, it is about correctness: colour, alignment, cut-out edge, shadow gradient. That feedback belongs on the image, not in an email full of file names. Your contacts mark the spot right on the image and write the comment next to it, each person in their own layer.

You upload the reworked version onto the same image. All notes stay attached, the old version is kept as the before view, and the slider shows in a single movement whether the correction has landed.

In the end, what counts is that the sign-off can be proven.

When a product goes live and the colour is off, the question of who approved it comes up fast. The approval stamp records the name and time of every approval. Your overview shows the status across the whole series, and the CSV export puts file name, selection and approval side by side in a table that the product data team can read too.

For delivery you set per link who gets originals and who only sees web resolution. The agency gets the data for the shop system, the client gets the approval view, and both work on the same material instead of two different states.

From your everyday work

You know the problem. The answer is built in.

Feedback arrives as a list of file names

Notes are made right on the image: drawn, commented, in one layer per person. Nobody has to match up file numbers any more.

Which retouching version is the current one?

New versions land on the same image. The previous one stays as the before view, and the slider shows the difference right in the browser.

The sign-off is buried somewhere in a chat

The approval stamp documents the name and the time. Visible in your overview, exportable as CSV for the project files.

Product data management needs a spreadsheet, not a gallery

The CSV export delivers file name, selection, rating and approval side by side. File name lists and XMP sidecars are available too.

The agency and the client need different files

Separate links to the same gallery: originals for production, web resolution for the review round, each with its own expiry date.

Try it on real images

The demo gallery is your private playground: label, comment, draw, select, no sign-up needed. And in the presentation demo you switch cover, grid and font yourself.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

All answers in the help centre →

Are the metadata in the originals preserved? +

Yes. We deliver originals unchanged, including all metadata. The EXIF panel also shows the capture data right in the gallery.

Can several people at the client comment at the same time? +

Yes. Every person gets their own link and drawings sit in separate layers. You see all the feedback together on one image.

Does this work for video content as well? +

Videos sit next to the photos in the same gallery and can be shared, commented on and downloaded. Drawn notes are available on photos only.

The next gallery practically delivers itself.
