For portrait & model photographers

Showing yes. Passing on no.

Included packages with a visible counter, model release right on the gallery, and watermarks until everything is approved. Your images, your rules.

For portrait & model photographers

Showing is not the same as handing over.

With portraits the gallery is often the first moment someone sees themselves. It should look good, but it should not travel on in print quality before it is paid for and approved. So you decide per link what is possible: web resolution instead of the original, zoom into the original allowed or blocked, downloads off entirely. The watermark is switched on for the gallery, not for the link.

Once everything is settled, you release the same link at full resolution or send a second one with different rules. Your internal stars, colours and notes always stay private, and the person on the other side sees only their own feedback.

„More than agreed“ becomes revenue instead of an argument.

The package includes ten images, forty get picked. Instead of sorting that out by email, you set the included package on the link: the gallery counts along visibly and shows your price note for every image beyond it. Picking more stays possible, you simply get the numbers cleanly.

You attach the model release to the gallery itself: your release text is confirmed by name before the images become visible, documented with the exact wording, name and time, and printable as proof. That way the consent sits where the images sit.

From your everyday work

You know the problem. The answer is built in.

The package says 10 images, 40 get selected

Attach an included package to the link: the gallery counts along visibly (“12 of 10 selected, 2 over the package”) and shows your price note for extra images. The problem turns into an upsell.

TFP images surface unfinished on the web

Until approval, there is web resolution with watermark and no zoom to the original. What you don't approve never leaves the gallery in print quality.

The model release is buried in a chat thread

Store your release text on the gallery: guests confirm it by name before they see the images. Documented with timestamp and wording, printable as proof.

Discreet shoots need discreet galleries

Password, expiry date, no client account, no AI analysis, servers in DE/EU. And nothing is publicly discoverable.

Endless retouching requests

Notes drawn straight onto the image, new versions uploaded onto the same image, before/after in a slider. Every round stays traceable.

Try it on real images

The demo gallery is your private playground: label, comment, draw, select, no sign-up needed. And in the presentation demo you switch cover, grid and font yourself.

Everything shown here is already included in the small plans; start for free with a 14-day trial.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

All answers in the help centre →

Can I bill extra images automatically? +

The gallery shows the counter and your price note; billing stays with you, as usual. The breakdown shows you exactly how many images are over the package.

Is the model release confirmation legally sufficient? +

It documents wording, name, timestamp and technical evidence and is printable as a record. You define the text that fits your use case yourself.

Does the model see what I label internally? +

No. Your own stars, colours and notes stay private. Guests only see their own feedback and the gallery-wide likes and comments.

The next gallery practically delivers itself.
