For event, sport and concert photographers

Two thousand images, and the client wants them tomorrow morning.

Upload everything in one go, web versions are processed in the background, and organiser, press and sponsors each get their own link with their own rules.

For event, sport and concert photographers

At events, speed decides, not the selection.

After a tournament or a concert there are thousands of images on the card, and their value drops with every day they stay there. You upload the whole folder in one go, we process the web versions in the background, and the link can be shared as soon as the first images are through. Even galleries with several thousand images stay smooth in the browser, because only what is currently visible gets loaded.

Archives are packed by the server, which emails you when the package is ready. Nobody has to wait with a tab open, and your computer is free again for the next edit.

Organisers, press and sponsors want the same material with different rights.

The organiser gets originals, the press gets web resolution with an expiry date, the sponsor gets only their own part in a separate gallery. Several links to the same upload, several sets of rules, no uploading twice. Every link can be protected with its own password and switched off on its own.

The download log shows you when which file was fetched. If an image turns up somewhere later, you know which access it came from. With accreditations and sponsorship contracts that is often worth more than any verbal assurance.

From your everyday work

You know the problem. The answer is built in.

Thousands of images in a short time

Bulk upload in one go, web versions processed in the background. Large galleries stay smooth because only what is currently on screen gets loaded.

Press, organiser and sponsor need different rights

One upload, several links: each with its own resolution, its own expiry date, its own password. Each one can be switched off on its own. The watermark is switched on for the gallery, not for the link.

Who fetched which image?

Every retrieval lands in the download log, with time and link. That proves which access received a file.

Packing the archives blocks half the afternoon

Archives are built by the server. You get an email as soon as the package is ready, and your computer stays free.

There are video clips from the weekend as well

Videos sit next to the photos in the same gallery, with a preview in the browser and the same download rules.

Try it on real images

The demo gallery is your private playground: label, comment, draw, select, no sign-up needed. And in the presentation demo you switch cover, grid and font yourself.

Everything shown here is already included in the small plans; start for free with a 14-day trial.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

All answers in the help centre →

How many images can one gallery handle? +

Several thousand is no problem. Previews are loaded as needed instead of all at once, and archives are built by the server in the background.

Can participants find their own images specifically? +

Give every team, every starting group or every act its own gallery with its own link. Whoever has the link sees exactly their part, without an account.

Can I release images directly for social media? +

Yes. Individual images can be shared via a direct link, including a preview in messengers. You can switch this off per gallery.

The next gallery practically delivers itself.
